Join us for a truly special edition of The Delicious Art of Resting as we gather beneath the energy of the Blue Moon— the second full moon in May, a rare lunar event that gives rise to the phrase “once in a blue moon”.

This workshop is your invitation to offer yourself something equally rare… the permission to pause.

In a world that often asks us to keep going, this nourishing afternoon is a chance to slow down, soften, and simply be. To step out of doing mode and into deep rest. To create space for breath, clarity, and reconnection with yourself.

60 minutes of Yin Yoga
Long-held, gentle postures designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and open the body gradually and mindfully.

30 minutes of Yoga Nidra
A deeply restorative guided meditation often described as yogic sleep, helping the body rest, the mind reset, and the whole system restore.

This workshop is perfect if you are feeling busy, depleted, overwhelmed, or simply in need of some time just for you.

Please bring:

  • A blanket
  • Pillow (or two)
  • Warm, comfortable layers
  • Anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.
