This 4-week course is thoughtfully designed to guide you through the foundations of Vinyasa Flow, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and gently release tension from the body. As the weeks unfold, you’ll begin to truly feel the benefits — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Each class weaves together the principles and philosophy of yoga, supporting you to move with intention, connect deeply to your breath, and create a sense of calm, clarity, and balance in your everyday life.
You’ll also receive a weekly handout to take home — giving you simple guidance, key teachings, and practices to reflect on, so your journey can continue beyond the mat.
