Join us for a very special Beginners Aerial Yoga Workshop beneath the energy of May’s second full moon — traditionally known as a Blue Moon.

This two-hour beginner-friendly workshop is designed for complete newcomers or those wanting to revisit the foundations in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Everything will be broken down step-by-step as we explore:
✨ How to safely use the hammock ✨ Foundational aerial poses ✨ Gentle strength building ✨ Balance, mobility and flexibility ✨ Supported inversions (optional) ✨ Deep relaxation and floating rest
Expect to leave feeling uplifted, empowered and lighter in both body and mind.
No experience needed. Just come with curiosity and a willingness to have fun.
Spaces are limited to keep the session personal and supportive.
What to wear: Leggings/joggers covering backs of knees and a fitted top with sleeves. No zips or jewellery please.
