In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and keep pushing forward, this workshop is an invitation to pause… soften… and simply be.
Rest & Restore is a deeply nourishing afternoon designed to support the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for gentle inner growth and renewal. As we move through the vibrant energy of spring — a season of growth, change, and unfolding — this workshop offers the opportunity to slow down enough to truly receive the benefits of rest.
This beautiful workshop will include:
🌿 60 Minutes of Yin Yoga
A slow and grounding practice where poses are held gently for longer periods of time, allowing the deeper layers of the body to release naturally through stillness and breath.
Yin Yoga works deeply into the fascia, joints, connective tissues, and energetic pathways of the body while encouraging the nervous system to shift into a more restful and restorative state.
This practice may help to:
✨ Release physical tension and tightness
✨ Improve mobility and flexibility
✨ Support emotional balance and grounding
✨ Calm stress and overwhelm
✨ Encourage mindfulness and presence
✨ Create space physically, mentally, and energetically
Throughout the practice, you’ll be guided to soften effort, listen inwardly, and allow yourself to be supported exactly as you are.
🌙 30 Minutes of Yoga Nidra
We will then move into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice — often known as “yogic sleep.”
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down in complete comfort and stillness. Although the body rests deeply, awareness remains gently awake, allowing the nervous system to fully unwind.
This profoundly restorative practice can help support:

✨ Better sleep and reduced fatigue
✨ Emotional processing and inner calm
✨ Mental clarity and focus
✨ A sense of restoration and reconnection
Rather than “doing,” Yoga Nidra invites you into a state of receiving — where healing, rest, and renewal can naturally unfold.

Just as nature blooms after periods of stillness and nourishment, we too need moments of rest in order to grow sustainably. Through the practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, we allow ourselves the opportunity to soften the constant doing and reconnect to the quieter parts of ourselves.
