Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause.
Join me for a gentle afternoon of slowing down, softening, and reconnecting with yourself through nourishing Yin Yoga, mindful breathwork, deep relaxation, and Yoga Nidra.
This month’s theme is inspired by the sweetness of summer — a time to savour simple joys, receive rest without guilt, and create space for calm amongst the busyness of life.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Everything is offered gently, allowing you to move at your own pace and honour exactly where you are.
