We will unpick the confusion of the mid life years, and leave with actionable tips to implement, to decrease all 54 symptoms of menopause, from hotflushes, poor sleep, anxiety, weight gain.

We’ll discuss:

  • How poor sleep impacts our symptoms, but how our symptoms impact our sleep.
  • The best type of nutrition for our mid life years including timings and amount.
  • How our emotional stress plays a part in the intensity and frequency of our symptoms.
  • How the type and timing of our exercise can have both positive and negative effects both physically and mentally.
