Lisa Simpson
In February 2020, Lisa completed her 300-hour YTT in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in India under the guidance of her teacher, Julia Gavin of Palm Trees Yoga School. Julia entrusted Lisa to deliver her 200-hour yoga teacher training course while she developed her own teacher training content. She is now thrilled to have her own YTT manual certified under the new enhanced Yoga Alliance teacher training requirements.
Fusion School of Yoga was born in 2022! Lisa’s goal is to see trainees leave the training inspired, prepared, and even more in love with the practice and the yogic “way of life”. Lisa feels that it is so important to share this amazing ancient practice with more people, and by teaching others to share this practice, we help spread the love and benefits of yoga far and wide. Lisa is honored to encourage others to follow their callings and to facilitate the beginning of their teaching journey, knowing the life-changing impact it has had on her life and the potential it holds for you too. Lisa looks forward to welcoming you to her studio in Derbyshire and to our wonderful community of YTT graduates.
Lisa will put an emphasis on building your confidence and help you finish the course without the feeling of “Imposter Syndrome” She understands that stepping into the role of a yoga teacher can be daunting, and feelings of imposter syndrome are common. Her training is designed to dispel these doubts and build your confidence. Through supportive instruction, ample teaching practice, and personalized feedback, you’ll leave the program feeling ready to teach if that is your chosen path. You’ll learn to trust your knowledge, embrace your unique teaching style, and confidently guide your students on their yoga journeys.
Lisa teaches in a friendly, down to-earth way, enjoying fun and humour along the way!

Why Choose Us?
Support & Mentorship
Yoga Teacher Training is a valuable investment, ensuring a strong foundation for your teaching career. Our program not only kickstarts your journey but also fosters a supportive Yoga community, providing ongoing mentorship for sustained growth throughout your years as a teacher.
Small Group Sizes
Research shows smaller classes excel. Our course, limited to 6 students, ensures personalized attention, fostering enriched learning. Individual perspectives thrive, promoting inclusivity.
