Join us for a nurturing 90-minute workshop to honour the energy of the September Full Corn Moon — a time to pause, reflect, and receive the quiet abundance of the season.
This Delicious Art of Resting session invites you to slow down and turn inward with:
🧘♀️ 60 minutes of Yin Yoga – long-held, gentle postures to release tension, balance the nervous system, and create space within 🌙 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra – a guided meditation practice for deep rest, clarity, and emotional reset
The Corn Moon marks the beginning of autumn’s inward pull — a time for wrapping up, preserving, and protecting what matters most. This session is your chance to reconnect with your body, mind, and heart in a space of softness and support.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, and wear warm, comfortable clothing to help you fully relax.
