Whether you’re brand new or returning to the mat, this course will equip you with the skills and confidence to join any class—and more importantly, to come home to yourself.
Each week introduces a new theme rooted in yoga philosophy: ✨ “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – Bhagavad Gita We’ll honour this by exploring body, breath, mind, and heart with compassion and curiosity.
