Named for the ripening of fruit at this time of year, the Strawberry Moon invites us to slow down and savour the sweetness of what is already present. Rather than striving for more, this is a time to soften, appreciate, and reconnect with the simple feeling of being at home within yourself.
This special edition of The Delicious Art of Resting offers space to pause, breathe, and settle into the body — allowing everything that has been growing over the past months to gently integrate.

A deeply restorative guided meditation to help you rest fully, reset the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm and contentment.
This workshop is perfect if you are feeling busy, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Please bring:
- A blanket
- Pillow (or two)
- Warm, comfortable layers
- Anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported
