
This gentle 4-week beginners yoga course is a supportive and welcoming space to begin your yoga journey or to return to the mat with fresh eyes and an open heart. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, taking time to explore the how’s and the why’s behind a yoga practice, so you can feel safe, informed, and at ease in your body.
Across the four weeks, you’ll be lovingly guided through:
- Simple Sun Salutations, introduced gradually
- The main families of yoga postures, explained in an accessible way
- Alignment basics, with kindness and clarity
- Options and modifications to honour your individual body
- Using props, walls, and chairs as supportive companions not as something to feel self-conscious about
- Gentle breath awareness, with an introduction to pranayama
- A deeper understanding that yoga is not just physical, but a practice for the mind, breath, and inner world too
This course is not about flexibility, performance, or “getting it right.” It’s about learning to listen, move with care, and build a relationship with yourself. Let 2026 be the year you soften the monkey mind, nurture strength and mobility, and create more space in both body and mind.
