In this workshop we will be looking at a very common symptom of the menopause transition – Menopause Anxiety.
Imbalances in hormone levels can lead to loss of focus, motivation and anxiety. We will be looking at the symptoms of anxiety and how to cope with anxiety during menopause. We will be practising gentle yoga and mindful meditations, as well as simple mantra to calm the feeling of anxiety.
