All Things Peri and Menopause

All things peri and meno… 3 week course. 11th-25 June 7-8pm £29.50

The group focuses on lifestyle changes that we can make to manage all 54 perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and aid us on a weight loss journey.

We’ll specifically look at how what, when and the amount of food that we eat can both positively affected negatively impact our symptoms. This will be a safe space where no question is too silly.

You’ll come away from each session with actionable tips and advice, motivation, accountability, and empowerment, to help manage all of your symptoms, (Some of these changes can be felt within days!)

Having the support of others is a vital of this group. The knowing that your not alone can help our mental health immensely and there’ll be lots of time for chats, questions and discussion. Feel like YOU again. It just might be easier than you think.
